About Me

When it comes to music, I grew up on classic rock and early 2000s pop, hip-hop and R&B. Two of my long-time favorite artists are P!nk and Twenty One Pilots, with a deep admiration for Queen, Elton John. My interests with playing and listening reach so far beyond these though; Add in some rap, bluegrass, indie, hard rock, or 2010s/earlier country and I'm set!
As a compassionate music therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the complexities of mental health challenges, substance use, and cancer. I have a deep appreciation for human connection, and believe that self-expression is essential to our well-being. I am excited about helping clients explore and adapt the profound role music plays in their lives so they can use it as a tool for wellness, self-expression, & personal growth.
No musical experience is necessary to benefit from music therapy, just a willingness to be human and openness to learn how to engage with music to work toward your goals. Let’s unlock the transformative potential of music, foster deeper self-understanding, enhance well-being and reharmonize your journey!
